Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The York vacation condo is tucked within the beautiful gated community
of Oakwater Resort, within 1.5 miles of Walt Disney World. Over 1,250
square feet of living space is available for its vacationing guests.
Comforts of home abound in this ground floor condo, which features a
private screened porch excellent for picnics with family.
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are perfect for a family or group
of 8 guests. A king sized bed rests within the master bedroom along
with a 32" TV, complete with an attached private master bathroom
featuring a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen
sized bed and 31" TV, and the third bedroom, a set of twin sized beds.
There is also a sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional
sleeping space.
Research delicious recipes ahead of your vacation. The Moraine condo
features a spacious fully equipped kitchen to make meal preparation
simple. All cookware, dishes, eating utensils, and glassware have been
provided! Never miss your favorite shows on the large, 40"
flat-screened TV located in the living room. Keep in contact with
family and friends not on vacation with you through the available Wi-Fi
internet access. A clothes washer and dryer are available as added
conveniences.
