Brand new, with spectacular canal view and in a perfect location ten minutes walk from Central Station, this apartment ticks all the boxes. This ultra-modern two bedroom is on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows on the canal side allowing direct access to the dock with a beautifully styled and decorated interior. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under 12.
The location is superb in the upmarket 'Western Islands', where former shipping warehouses have been converted to exclusive accommodation, artist's studios and recreational facilities, a beautiful area to explore on foot. The apartment is centrally located with the trendy Haarlemmerstraat just 250 metres away, with shops, cafes and restaurants galore as well as supermarkets, great independent boutiques and Amsterdam's oldest movie theatre. At the other side of the Haarlemmerstraat is the wonderful Jordaan District, with the Anne Frank House and Westerkerk less than fifteen minutes on foot. Central Station is just a ten minute walk away, with Nieuwmarkt and the Red Light District about twenty five minutes.
The kitchen is situate between the living room and bedrooms and is well equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher with ample crockery and utensils for six. Next to the kitchen is a dining table for six.
Two tastefully styled bedrooms provide one double and two single beds, side tables and lamps. The bathroom is attractively tiled in black and white and comes with a bathtub with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Please note that a baby cot is available for an extra charge of Euro 40 per night. Towels and anti-allergy bedding is provided.
