Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This 1 bedroom house overlooks Patong city. Convenient for families and friends, it is located on a quiet hill just minutes away from busy Patong.

Kitchen is equipped with rice cooker, stovetop, refrigerator, pans and pots, and cutlery. A dining area is set for 4 people.

The living room has 2 twin beds and a sofa, it opens to the balcony with a swing chair and an amazing sea view.

We have a house next door that sleeps 9 more people and has private pool. If you're coming in a big group you can use both houses!

We advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone line. This will make your vacation easier, you may also download the app “Grab” to book taxis in Phuket island.
This house does not have a pool.
Electric, water and cleaning are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
