Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the fabulous Nissi Beach and ideal for family wedding parties at any of the big hotels in the area, or indeed in Gape Greko area. As well as the large private pool with plenty of outside space around it, and fully fenced in for more privacy, the complex also has a childrens pool and another communal pool on site.

Built in the heart of cosmopolitan Ayia Napa, the Nissi Golden Sands project is a very thoughtfully designed complex for your every possible need. The location of villa is in the Nissi Beach and Adams Beach Hotel area ,if you want to have a night out in Ayia Napa or book a relaxing boat trip at the harbour they are both just 5 minutes away by taxi or bus

Villa Tia is tastefully furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms in total, 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all nicely presented, there is a double bedroom downstairs with an en suite which is very suitable for the elderly or those who have difficulty climbing the stairs. There is a wide marble spiral staircase leading up to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom and access can be gained from the double bedroom out onto a large sun terrace with great views. It boasts a luxury fitted kitchen area, with all appliances you need including a double toaster, oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, we also supply cool bags for your trip to the beach

A sofa bed is provided in the lounge to accommodate 7 guests
The Villa is fully air conditioned and not overlooked from behind, giving it a very private feel and is a great location for families with young children

Nissi Bay
This Luxury villa is situated in a fabulous location in Ayia Napa, in the popular Nissi Beach area. The water park is within 15 minutes walk, Nissi beach is a mere 5 minutes walk, plus there are lots of lovely sandy bays all along the coast. Water sports are readily available in this area and there are plenty of small sandy beaches all along this coast. There are many shops and restaurants and tavernas with easy walking distance and a car is not necessary for these apartment. Nissi Avenue is served by a regular bus service, taking you directly to Ayia Napa centre or near to Ayia Napa Harbour. Also takes you to Protaras and Paralimni.
