and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.

This Bright and Elegant 2BR apartment panned across a light living cum dining area, fitted kitchen, large balcony and two sumptuous en-suite bedrooms along with an en-suite maid's room. On entry the elegant living area captures your attention with the white and bright interiors and is provisioned with a guest bathroom. As you slide away the curtains you will find floor-to-ceiling window that allows entrance to the large balcony with outdoor seating furniture for you to enjoy view towards the community and shops on the opposite building. Ahead of the living area are the kitchen and dining area.
The white themed kitchen comes fully fitted with branded appliances and is enclosed with a granite counter top placed with high-chairs along side. Dining area is fitted with table for six diners encompassing cozy cushioned dining chairs. From the kitchen you will be able to access a small storage space that has washing machine stationed and then the maid's room, Maid's room has a separate entry door that is adjacent to the main door of the apartment..
