The Space:
Very beautiful private pool villa for 10 people close to Jomtien Beach or Pattaya City and only 500 meters from the Weekend Night Market with easy access to mainroad where you have a taxi for only 10 baht per person going to Pattaya and Jomtien. Many great restaurants in the area. (Family mart 200 meters away)
The Villa has a nice beautiful private pool in a quiet area (up to 10 people), is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with a big sofa and an open kitchen with all you need for cooking. There are 5 bedrooms and each bedroom have soft big beds with a nice soft topper. The villa is fully air-conditioned, Master bedroom is very romantic with ensuite bathroom.
In the Living room, we have a big flat TV and 2 bedrooms also have there owned tv. The Villa has high-speed internet free available (100 MB down and 50mb up). The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, Stove, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, and a microwave.

Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).
You have exclusive access to the villa and has its own private pool.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road 1 min walk from the villa or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 40 baht (1,5 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100 baht) (2-3 euro) use an app named "Grab"
In Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht)
Other Things to Note:

♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
