Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Recently renovated to a high standard this lovely semi detached
bungalow is situated on the periphery of Saundersfoot a popular seaside
resort. The large patio lends itself to al fresco dining and is a real
sun trap. A 10 minute walk via a shortcut through the cul de sac leads
directly into the village which offers numerous restaurants, pubs,
quaint shops, harbour, beautiful sandy beach and well known coastal
path. A fantastic pet friendly holiday venue.

Note: Short breaks can be taken Monday - Friday and Friday to Monday.

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with Smart TV, Wi Fi, gas hob,
electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sliding door to
large patio with garden seating. Utility cupboard with washing machine.
Bedroom 1, with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bathroom
with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Garage for storage of bikes, etc.
Parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets
bed linen and towels provided. Non smokers. Friday changeover. 3pm
takeover.
Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
