Payment Conditions: After booking, 50% of the balance is due by credit card (VISA, AMEX or MasterCard) or Paypal. You will be contacted to make payment arrangements. The remaining 50% balance is paid by cash at check in. I trust you to respect my home and neighbors and keep it tidy and undamaged.
