Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Premium quality bedding, fine linen are standard throughout Peak Manor whilst luxury bath and shower gel compliment the bathing facilities. Guests are provided with a Luxury Welcome hamper which includes local produce for you to enjoy.
Peak manor ideally accommodates guests up to 28-34 however the owners apartment maybe available (T&C’s apply) request further details.

Please be reassured that we only allow 1 private group at a time to ensure utmost privacy and exclusivity.

Nearby should you wish to drag yourself away from the manor, there is something for everyone to experience and enjoy, from child friendly theme parks to some of the best walks in the Derbyshire countryside. (And some great local pubs too!)
