Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This luxurious 2 bed apartment was originally a Georgian house which
has been converted into two apartments. It is a modern, light and
spacious apartment and spreads over the ground and lower floor. The
property has two small private areas to sit out and is only a minute
walk to the beautiful, sandy North Beach. There is a spectacular view
from the lounge window and also greets you when you come out of the
front door of the beach and towards the harbour. The apartment has been
furnished and equipped to a 5 star Visit Wales standard with all the
modern conveniences of home. Pembrokeshire has an abundance of
activities to suit all families which is why so many of our customers
return year after year. Tenby town which is a 5 minute stroll away has
a good selection of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and galleries.

Communal entrance. Front door: Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with ,
TV/Sky on demand, DVD player, Blu tooth speakers, comfy seating, sea
view. Gas hob, oven, dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. Utility
room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Stairs down to bedrooms and bathroom: Bedroom 1, with king-size bed,
ensuite shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 2, with two single beds. Bathroom,
with bath, separate shower, WC, whb. Outside area, 2 small patio areas
with seating. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating.
Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair
supplied. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
