Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Luxury penthouse apartment in a the new Oceana building in Kamala beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.

A private infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Kamala beach is just 3 minutes walk away (only 300 meters!).
The building is new, with great amenities, a shared swimming pool with sunbathing area, a modern AC fitness room and a kids club.
Minimart, restaurant on site, 24 hour security and private parking area.

The fully air conditioned apartment on the 8th floor is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. Lounge area offers a smart TV with cable channels (which you don't need as there is an amazing full ocean view!)
All the living areas have full ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hot plate, microwave and kettle.
There is also a washing machine for your personal laundry.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, open fitted wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and safe.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
Second bedroom has also a queen bed and ensuite bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have TV with cable channels.

Upstairs there is a private infinity pool with an outdoor patio with furniture. Please note food is not allowed in the pool. Bottles and glasses are not allowed in the pool either. Only plastic cups.

High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by reception upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough.
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the terrace you must close the doors and keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.

Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 1200 THB per time.

Late check in is available on request free of charge.
