Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 60 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance

Tree cottage is a self cateringt holiday let that's perfect for those
wanting to relax in comfort whilst surrounded by our amazing Welsh
wildlife. Small and perfectly formed, the cottage is great for a small
family or a couple. Children wiill love playing in the Cherry Tree
Adventure Park, discovering the Willow Maze, exploring our fantastic
Nature Trail on foot or two wheels, and meeting our friendly resident
Water Buffalo. Adults will immediately unwind to the sounds of nature
and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this truly uniqyue setting.

Sleeps 2 Adults & 2 Children Well behaved dogs @ £20 each
Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, with TV (no connection only for DVD
use) electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom 1, with double bed.
Bedroom 2, with bunks. Bathroom with 3/4 bath, shower over, W.C, whb.
Garden with bench. Parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas
central heating. Duvets & linen provided. Friday changeover. 3 pm
takeover.
Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
