My apartments are a short walk away from the mainroad where they have many taxis from only 60 baht and can take you all around the city, easy to get on and drop of.
Ping River is about 5min walk away where you find many nice cozy thai restaurants with live music.

The Space:
My Penthouse apartment comes with 2 bedrooms with big king size beds. In the living room you will find a big nice big sofa, able to 2 more guest. The one bathroom has a full shower and tub and one bathroom with only toilet. Our kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment for you to prepare your meals, including an microware. Plenty of working surface. There is also a big refrigerator with a freezer and washing machine + fresh water system and we have also Laundry service in the reception.
Minimart is located in the building but you can also walk about 500 meter to 7/11. Onsite restaurant in the building with breakfast starting from only 80 baht.
2 lift so easy and fast to go up and down.
Guest Access:
I will be partially present around the house, but I am available 24/7 if you should you need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
Just short drive to the public swimming pool where they also have kids pool, tennis and squash. You can grab our free bikes (6 bikes) to the pool area.
You can find many great places for golf as we can help for bring and pickup.
Other tourist attractions beside outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, jungle etc. include Chiang Mai Zoo Park 20-25 min drive away.

Getting Around:
You can use the bikes for free or rent motorbikes or cars, belonging to the building. Please bring driver licenses.
There are taxis 200m. away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around for about 200 baht/ day.
The area is very quiet - the traffic is convenient and we have 6 bikes you can use for free about 2 km to Night Bazaar. There is restaurant near with many shops and 7/11.
Breakfast prices start from only 60 baht so very cheap. Tuk Tuk can be order from the reception and cost from 80 baht (Last time I check) to the city. Be aware always get the prices before you go into the Tuk Tuk are you good at negotiating, you can always get them down in price :)
Other Things to Note:
Check out at 11AM, Check in is after 2PM but you can leave you bags in our office.
