My place is close to the best beach in Pattaya, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the people only 100m from Night Market.
The house is of course fitted with free WiFi and Netflix TV packages only. But who wants to watch TV, when there is a BBQ area by the pool ;) Please enjoy...

The Space:
This fabulous 3BR Pool Villa on 180 sqm, comes with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 king-sized bed, queen bed and 2 sofa-beds, which makes it large enough to have 10 people staying. Right outside is an amazing garden, BBQ and swimming pool area.
Inside the villa, you have a large living room, with a sofa/TV area, where you can relax after a long day out and/or look movies on the flat-screen. There is also a complete kitchen if you feel like doing your own cooking.
In an attached room, you find a walk-in closet and work desk. Its conveniently located right next to Jacuzzi bathroom, if you feel like a more private relax time.
Remember, the beach is only 350m away if you feel like a dip in the ocean or an evening stroll. You can walk all the way to Jomtien on a pathway.
WiFi, electricity and water, is of course INCLUDED in the price (NO extra charges).
Guest Access:
As my guest, you will have access to the Internet and WiFi, Parking area, an amazing garden/pool and everything already described in "The Space". On arrival, fresh linen, towels, and towels will the ready for you. You will also find complimentary soaps and toilet paper, so you don’t have to think about these things when you arrive. TVs is connected with Netflix only.
Interaction with Guests:
I will always be available if you have any questions during your stay and try to respond quickly to every request. Before arrival I will make sure, you have all the details you need, to do an easy check-in, so you can enjoy your holiday.
The Neighborhood:
Pratumnak is a very nice and quiet area in the middle of everything, which makes it very attractive to families and couples. There is a lot of good restaurants near the apartment.

Getting Around:
Catch a motorbike taxi or a baht bus. The city is full of motorbike taxis and baht buses (small buses). They can also be hired for trips. You can also arrange motorbike rentals through me, but please let me know in good time, so I can reserve them.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our villa (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Supply of baby kit (baby, high chair and child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented in our office for only 100 baht per night).
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the villa cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
