Paddington station offers underground services on the Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo, District and Circle lines. Royal Oak stop on the Hammersmith & City line and Warwick Avenue stop on the Bakerloo line are a short walk away.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Westbourne is an established area of central London (underground zone 1) with great transport links by tube, bus, and train, selection of supermarkets, restaurants, gyms. It is nearby the Paddington business precinct, Lords Cricket grounds, BBC Maida Vale Studios, Bayswater and Hyde Park.
SPACE
It’s a studio flat perfect for 1 or 2 persons.
Sleeping arrangements: 140cm wide double bed in bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and crockery, fob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker etc. to prepare simple meals. There is a table with 2 chairs.
ACCESS AND INTERACTION
Flat is entirely for guests’ use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours, common areas and keep noise down especially at night after 9 PM.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
After booking please kindly provide your contact details: phone you will use during the trip and email address.
Depending on the situation I will meet you in person or provide access code couple of days before the arrival together with instructions. These are sent via your booking platform.
Check-in is after 15.00 – please inform us of late check-in after 8 PM. Sometimes we may be able to let you drop off bags earlier at 1 PM while the cleaner is there preparing the flat.
Check-out is strictly at 11. We may allow you to store bags till 1 PM but it needs to be requested beforehand.
There are luggage storage options near all major stations and some apps that work with local shops: LUGGAGE HERO or BAGBNB.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Paddington Station is major Bus, Tube, Rail station. Heathrow Express trains run frequently to Heathrow Airport. Underground trains run to different parts of London every couple of minutes. It takes 10 min to walk to the station.
Best apps to understand public transport options are Google Maps and CityMapper (provides prices and more accurate timing).
Transport for London website provides info on the prices, connections, etc. You can buy tickets and OYSTER travel card in each station. Prices: tube ride zone 1-2 (£2.30-£3, zone 2+ £1.5-£2.30 if you don’t travel through zone 1, bus £1.50)
Trainline app allows you to check and book trains.

PARKING
The apartment does not have parking space of it’s own and for street parking follow information on the street display.
