Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Esternemante has a beautiful equipped veranda, a terrace - solarium covered by pergola with a further kitchenette, table and chairs to stand outside.Within walking distance and without having to take the car you will find all the services: supermarket, restaurants, trattorias and bars, fish shops, pharmacy, post office, ATM, optics, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, etc.Every Saturday morning, within 200 meters. from the house, there is a typical weekly market full of fruit, vegetables and more. You can also reach the sea on foot in 15 minutes along the path of Ciolo, one of the most beautiful places in southern Salento. From the path you reach the namesake resort where you will find a beautiful natural inlet surrounded by high cliffs that protect the bay from bad weather and rough seas giving a breathtaking spectacle and calm and crystalline waters. For long stretches of sand we suggest you to reach the places of Torre Vado and Pescoluse less than 15 minutes by car.
