The Space:
A top floor, top drawer 3 bed Penthouse close to the centre of Reading. That’s what you’ve got here. The space sleeps nine in comfort, so whatever’s bringing you to Reading – maybe a match at the Madejski, some rock at the Reading Festival, some laughs at Legoland or just some shopping in the shopping centre, don’t book a hotel, stay here in great value comfort instead.
The space you’re likely to spend the most time in is the open plan lounge/kitchen diner. Twin sofas that both convert into double beds hug the corner of this room which also features a flat screen TV should you find any spare time to watch it.
Also in here, the modern, L-shaped kitchen where you can cook and clean for yourselves if you need to during your stay (yes, there’s a washer dryer too). And just beyond is a dining table, a handy space for a sit down meal for up to 6, a spot of work, or even some games if you fancy it!
As regards the bedrooms, well, the double goes to the couple in your party, or mum and dad if you’re travelling as a family. The other two bedrooms both feature two singles, and there’s those sofa beds in the lounge for any additional guests.
With up to 9 guests staying, you’re going to need a couple of bathrooms to help everyone get ready on time, and that’s what you’ve got here. There’s also an allocated parking space in the gated underground car park, for the first car to get here! Everyone else should have no trouble finding a free space in the streets around the apartment complex.
Guest Access:
Park up and head on up to this 7th floor 3 bed apartment, as it’s all yours for however long you’ve booked it for. No strangers to stay with. Just you and whoever else you’ve invited. There’s an elevator or if you want to get/stay fit a staircase. Also, don’t forget the free on-site secure gated parking space.

Also, you have a large supermarket right next door (a Tesco Extra) so it’s really easy to stock up and top up your supplies while you’re here.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, please, anywhere in the penthouse, as it’s against the rules of the development and sets off the smoke alarms.
Not suitable for pets. Sorry
No parties or events. Please find a party venue in the city centre for that sort of thing. We want to keep the neighbours sweet, which means keeping the noise down, especially between 10PM and 7AM.
Check-in is anytime between 3PM-11PM
