The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Our team will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Perfect for large families or groups traveling together. These spacious, well-designed lofts offer an exceptional base very centrally located for exploring the city on foot or by public transportation.
It is located in one of the hottest and trendiest parts of Manhattan’s Flatiron district replete with restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, as well as just a couple of blocks to most major public transport including Subways (1, 6, N, R, D, F, V trains) and busses. It is also a quick walk into the heart of Chelsea, Union Square, Madison Square, Greenwich Village, etc.
There are two large open living spaces, one in each of the two floors.
The kitchens are well-appointed with high quality appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
There are six comfortable, private bedrooms, four with very comfortable king-sized beds each of which can be split into two singles upon request and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. There are three baths, two with sink, toilet, and shower and one with sink, toilet, antique claw-foot tub/shower combination. One of the bathrooms is on the lower floor and two on the upper floor.
3 AND 4 flights of stairs for access. NO elevator.
There is NO washer or dryer in the loft. We provide information on nearby laundry facilities.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 575.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.

Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $1000.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner after booking by bank transfer. Cleaning fee is to be paid by cash at check in.
