Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A short footpath of about 80 meters brings you to Casa Alex Secondo. A further few steps down lead to the separate apartment entrance.

From here you enter the bright and cheerful dining area with sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV and a broad window with with exit to the balcony and stunning views of Lake Como. The well equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area. On the opposite side you will find the double bedroom with double bed and a large closet.

Outside, the commual garden invites you to relax and just enjoy the lake. A beautiful hiking trail behind the house, takes you past a small historic chapel.

The Casa Alex Secondo can be booked together with the Casa Alex Primo - ideal for a large family or for friends sharing.
