Luxurious duplex apartment, for up to six guests, located in the heart of Rome within minutes of the famous Spanish Steps, Popolo square and Babuino street.
Surrounded by an array of cafes, stores and attractions, the lodging makes a fantastic city base for a large family or a group of friends. The residence is spread across 135 square metres and is stylishly furnished throughout, ensuring a spacious and inviting retreat from the capital’s hustle and bustle. The lower level contains a large living and sleeping area, which is fitted out with sofas, a romantic swing chair, a double bed and a dining table. All your favourite meals from home can be prepared in the kitchen, which comes equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer and a toaster. The upper floor features a beautiful wooden ceiling, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds separately located. The accommodation boasts a superb location upon Via Margutta, an utterly charming avenue brimming with delightful boutiques and art galleries. Despite its central position, the avenue enjoys a tranquil ambience unspoilt by the tourist crowds, making this an excellent base from which to explore the sights. The animated Piazza del Popolo, famous for its towering obelisk and cascading fountains, is accessible on foot in just five minutes, which grants entrance to the breathtaking gardens of the Villa Borghese. In the opposite direction lies the vibrant Piazza di Spagna and Rome’s iconic Spanish Steps.
A great selection of tasty dining options are within easy reach of the apartment, with highlights ranging from the cheap and cheerful Pastificio Guerra to the adored Babette, which boasts modern Italian cuisine and an inviting, sunny terrace.
