Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The Hakuna Moscato RV is nestled perfectly on a 20-acre ranch in Murrieta, walking distance to Old Town Murrieta and a 3-minute drive to the 15 freeway. The queen size bed is perfect for two, along with the fold-out couch in the main living area. The RV has full hook ups, with electric power to run both the water heater and HVAC system. In addition, the Hakuna Moscato is equipped with a surround sound speaker system in the unit, Wi-Fi and an unlocked firestick. The bathroom is stocked with hotel like accommodations. There is not washer and dryer, however there is a laundry mat down the street a few minutes. Towels & hotel style accommodations are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, pots, pans, stove, oven, microwave, plates and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for you use. Help yourself to the coffee and tea on the counter. We provide a few water bottles for your comfort as well. In addition to the great home essentials, Barefoot Vacation Rentals has also partnered with multiple wineries and business' in the area offering various discounts in town. (Over 10 B1G1 digital Wine tasting cards in Temecula’s Wine Country) Note: RV is located on a horse ranch, there are live animals on the property which include horses, chickens, roosters, and dogs. The ranch is used to board horses, during sun up, owners may be visiting horses. The horses are not located near the trailer, and owners will not be near Hakuna Moscato. The neighbor does have chickens and they crow pretty often. When the doors are shut they are not as loud.

Old Town Murrieta is an up and coming town with great coffee shops and wonderful eateries.
