$30 for early checkin - any time between 12pm and 4pm. Please request early checkin as soon as possible (subject to availability)
$30 for late checkout - any time after 10am until 2pm. Please request late checkout as soon as possible if needed (subject to availability)
$30 for changing of sheets, towels and making of beds (subject to availability)
$15 for early bag drop- any time between 12pm and 4 pm.
$15 for late bag collection- any time between 10 am and 2 pm.
If you confirm you would like to use any of these services we will send you a payment request for the exact amount via your booking channel. All you need to do is accept :)
PARKING INFORMATION:
Please place the parking permit on the front mirror of your car. Otherwise your car will be towed.
Before leaving the property, place the parking permit on the dining room table. There is a $ 100 fine for not returning the permit (the building charges $ 100 for a new one).
We are not responsible for the common areas of the building. Any question related to the apartment, please let us know!! We are happy to help!!
Parking NOTE: STANDARD SIZES of VEHICLES ONLY. DUE TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS, PARKING IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BOX TRUCKS and LARGE TRUCKS.
