Giggino’s Flat is a completely renovated 2-bedroom apartment located on the third floor of a small residential building in the neighbourhood of San Carlo all’Arena, north-east of the old historical centre of Naples. The area is famous for Il Palazzo dei Poveri, the Bourbon Hospice for the Poor, located in the main square of Piazza Carlo III and the expansive Naples Botanical Gardens.
Giggino’s Flat is newly renovated throughout and enjoys all the necessary comforts needed to make your stay as homely as possible including air-conditioning, computer access and WiFi.
This light-filled apartment enjoys floating timber floorboards and comprises open plan living, dining and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob. Glaze out over the Naples metropolis from the quaintly furnished terrace that flows off the kitchen area. Furnished with outdoor lounge chairs, this space is perfect for alfresco dining.
The living/dining area includes an L shapes lounge with double sofa-bed option, and an extendable wooden dining table.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other twin, and a double sofa-bed. The main double bedroom also enjoys a private furnished balcony.
The bathroom has been smartly designed and boasts a large fountain showerhead, WC and bidet.

Location
Giggino’s Flat is located in an elevated position near to the city centre in a quiet residential area with predominantly private gated villas. Parking is available (fees apply).
The city’s key tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot or by local bus which leaves from just outside the apartment condominium. A 10 minute walk will take you to the historical centre with the famous Palazzo dei Poveri, built in the 18C Bourbon period by architect Palazzo Fuga, or to the wonderful Naples Botanical Gardens. Both a must see while visiting.
Giggino’s Flat is conveniently located approx. 3 km from Napoli Piazza Garibaldi Central Station and only 6 km from Naples Capodicchino Airport. There are great public transport connections with buses from just outside the apartment or a short 5 min walk away which will take you to Piazza Carlo III, the National Museum, the upmarket Vomero district, the historical centre, Corso Umberto and Piazza del Municipio.
If you are looking to stay local, there is a great pizzeria, bakery, hairdresser and barber shop steps from the apartment. Also in the neighbourhood is Piazza Gian Battista Vico and a local food market in Piazza Gravina, where you can enjoy traditional Neapolitan dishes.
