The perfect holiday home escape, Casa Lauren is a 3-bedroom apartment located in a secure, spacious and well-maintained garden complex near to the quaint village of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi.
This lovely ground floor apartment is 80sqm and is set within the superb holiday resort complex of Parco Le Isole. With secure parking, beautiful gardens and views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from the communal areas, you have access to a generously sized swimming pool equipped with sun chairs, a games area and BBQ facilities.
Casa Lauren enjoys an open plan kitchen-living-dining area with doors leading onto a spacious shaded garden terrace. This well-appointed apartment has a seaside theme and offers bright and cheerful accommodation.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including a four burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The living area has a double-seated sofa and two reading chairs as well as satellite TV. The dining space has an extendable table comfortably seating six to eight people, although you will most certainly dine out during the balmy summer months on the lovely garden terrace. There is internet Wifi throughout the apartment.
A double bedroom and separate bathroom are located off the living - dining area. The double bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a door leading to the rear patio.
Passing down a hallway you will reach the twin-bedroom, second double bedroom and main bathroom. The bedrooms are quaintly furnished and decorated to a high standard creating a cozy, homely feel. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen television.
The highlight of this apartment is its large outdoor living space and tranquil garden setting, perfect for sitting back and sipping on a glass of wine, reading a book or soaking up the lovely Mediterranean sun. The garden terrace is well-furnished with lounge chairs, sunbeds, a shaded dining area and outdoor shower.
Ideal for groups of friends, couples, or a family with children, the resort complex is extremely spacious at 9,300 sqm providing for ample privacy and relaxation as you ponder out over the Mediterranean. The complex houses only nine apartments in total.
Casa Lauren is located on the hillside of the quaint village of Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi and is only 800m to the village centre, 10 km to Sorrento, 12 km to Positano and 7 km to Nerano, a fishing village famous for its beaches and amazing seafood restaurants.
There is much to enjoy within Sant'Agata sui due Golfi itself, including great shops, cafes and restaurants, the Monastery of Deserto and various archaeological ruins. If you enjoy walking, there are many nature trails along the coast and inland. The town is also a great centre for many day trips on the Sorrento Peninsula, Amalfi Coast and beyond.
Please note that a part of the road leading to the apartment is narrow, so a small-medium sized car is recommended for your stay here.
