Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This 3,200+ Sqft home is nestled just a block from Temecula, minutes from a golf course, a few minutes from the freeway and less than 10 minutes from 144 different wineries. This four bedroom home has one bedroom downstairs, and the remaining three upstairs. The Casa de Colares is great to entertain your guests. The home has ample seating around the pebble tech pool, built-in Jacuzzi, and an outdoor BBQ. This four bedroom, 3 bath is decorated with a touch of color. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel style accommodations are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for you use. Help yourself to the coffee and tea on the counter.

Guest can use everything in the home. There is a sitting area and a BBQ in the backyard that guests may use as well. Use of the spa is included in the cost of the night. A $150 charge to heat the pool daily.

I'd be happy to suggest restaurants, wineries and fun things to do in the area. We will send you a virtual guidebook once you book with B1G1 discount cards for many of the local wineries along with food and drink discounts at local restaurants.

You will receive a welcome email with a link to B1G1 wine coupons for you and your guests to use, along with recommendations to make the best of your Temecula visit.
