Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and crockery, fob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker etc. to prepare simple meals. There is a counter with 3 chairs.
ACCESS AND INTERACTION
Room is entirely for guests’ use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours, common areas and keep noise down especially at night after 9 PM.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
After booking please kindly provide your contact details: phone you will use during the trip and email address.
Depending on the situation I will meet you in person or provide access code couple of days before the arrival together with instructions. These are sent via your booking platform.
Check-in is after 15.00 – please inform us of late check-in after 8 PM. Sometimes we may be able to let you drop off bags earlier at 1 PM while the cleaner is there preparing the flat.
Check-out is strictly at 11. We may allow you to store bags till 1 PM but it needs to be requested beforehand.
There are luggage storage options near all major stations and some apps that work with local shops: LUGGAGE HERO or BAGBNB.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You are staying in one of most central neighbourhoods and can walk to many of London’s attraction.
Best apps to understand public transport options are Google Maps and CityMapper (provides prices and more accurate timing).
Transport for London website provides info on the prices, connections, etc. You can buy tickets and OYSTER travel card in each station. Prices: tube ride zone 1-2 (£2.30-£3, zone 2+ £1.5-£2.30 if you don’t travel through zone 1, bus £1.50)
Trainline app allows you to check and book trains.
AIRPORT ACCESS
Heathrow (Piccadilly line for 1 hour and a 5 min walk to the room)
Gatwick (City Thameslink train to St Pancras station and a 7 min walk to the room)
Stansted Airport (Victoria line from Euston to Tottenham Hale and the a Greater Anglia train to Stansted Airport)
Luton Airport (Thameslink train from St Pancras to Luton Parkway and then a short shuttle bus to Luton Airport))
