The view is amazing. When the visibility is good you can see as far as Phi Phi Island including a bit of a sea view. You can see the triangles of sailing boats passing by in the distance. The elevated location means you get plenty of fresh air. You will never find it here as hot as down in the valley. Beautiful temperature with shade from the afternoon on.
Not many places in Phuket offer such a green, beautiful view, surrounded by nature, rolling hills and a cooling breeze like our villa. There are just a few nearby neighbor’s and only one other house on our road, so it's very peaceful.
Note:
You should be able to drive a scooter or car and have a driving license.
To get to our house you need to drive up a short but steep hill. Though restaurants and shopping area are in walking distance there not many pedestrian walkways and our hill is hard exercise should you walk. If you like, we can get you a scooter for 250 Baht/day. If you don’t stay long you might want to rent a car for 1000 Baht/day at the airport.
Nai Harn is a small community in the south of Phuket island. Chalong Bay, Rawai and Nai Harn Beaches are just 5 minutes away by car or motorcycle. Kata and Karon beaches are only a 10 minutes’ drive away. Some of the best restaurants in Phuket are close by too, with great Thai food and many restaurants with international food.
Families with kids are most welcome as we also have two kids (a boy age 10 and a girl 7 years old). We know that it can be difficult sometimes to find affordable comfort to accommodate the family. You don’t need to look any further.
Our maid comes 5 times a week and can clean the apartment when you are outside.
Towels are changed frequently. Bed sheets we are changing once a week.
Electricity is included using the air con at night. Should you wish to run the air con in daytime it might cost extra. The first 200 Baht/day we pay for you. This is enough for cool nights and a little extra. But when they run below 25 degrees day and night they become pricy. We make a photo of the meter and if it is higher we ask for 7 Baht per unit including water at check out.
