Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 13 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 20% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This unique and large house is well located in South Yarra minutes to the CBD. Overlooking the Yarra, it is 10 minutes walking distance to Toorak Road and its many restaurants, cafes and bars.
Entering, the house opens on the main living room and dining area, the dining table sitting comfortably 10 guests.
On the same level you will find a large and fully equipped kitchen. The large bench and stools making it a convivial place for breakfast. This room is also equipped with a TV and a couch as well as a single work station allowing the keep an eye on business while dinner is in the oven.
From this space you will access the master bedroom which opens with a double walking wardrobe and ensuite.
The next floor opens on a deck overlooking the Yarra river. Moving through this floor you will find a study equipped as well with a television and a couch.
The house then opens on a corridor deserving 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, the laundry, and the last door opening on a private swimming pool.
On the lower level you will find the fourth bedroom equipped with a single bed, the third bathroom equipped as well with a toilet, as well as a play room equipped with a TV, a piano and a large couch ideal for the children to retreat.
