From spacious open plan living area you overlook one of the most beautiful sections of Sunshine Coast coastline. You may even see whales during mid-June to October and turtles year-round. The beach is at your doorstep, with great surfing breaks. The apartment has high ceilings, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, but we're sure you'll mostly want to open the huge glass windows and bi-fold doors and enjoy the sea breeze.
Coolum Beach township with it's relaxed dining and shopping is just a few hundred metres walk away. The apartment is in a small block of only 4 units and has an undercover secure car park, plus outdoor space for a second car.

The Neighborhood:
Coolum Beach is a popular holiday destination. The town is focused around the beach which is patrolled by life savers and offers both swimming and surfing - known as one of the best breaks in Queensland.
Parks, a boardwalk, esplanade cafes and shops, and the surf club surround the beach.
Getting Around:
Travellers mainly get around Coolum Beach on foot. If you need to go further, there's public transport nearby, with bus stop over the road from the apartment. In addition to your single lock up carpark there is visitor carparking space.
Other Things to Note:
Although there are no stairs within the apartment, there is a flight of stairs to reach the floor.
