Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 13 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 0% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The main room is set with 3 comfortable chairs, a television and a sofa bed.
From this main room you can access the bedroom which offer a queen bed and a large wardrobe to unload your belongings. The bathroom can be accessed from the main bedroom or from the main room. It is equipped with a walk in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Another small bedroom is accessible from the main room. It is equipped with a single fold out bed and a portacot is also available for a baby.
The building offers a pool, a gym and a sauna on the building top floors for your enjoyment.
The property is amazingly located in the heart of the CBD with a private access to the Emporium directly from the building and the whole of Melbourne prominent shopping area.

Standard check in are from 3pm to 7pm. If it is possible we are happy to be convenient with your preferred check in time.

Please note : For last minute bookings, please understand it may take up to an hour to meet you at the property.
